The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) forecast a slight drop in temperatures for Friday, with hot weather conditions prevailing in most areas and sweltering conditions in the Dead Sea, Jordan Valley and Aqaba.
As for tomorrow, the heat wave that began affecting the Kingdom several days ago will taper off, bringing spring-like conditions nationwide, with northwesterly moderate winds, stirring dust in the Badia regions.
Temperatures in the capital Amman will reach a high of 35 degrees Celsius, sliding to 17 degrees at night.
In the port city of Aqaba daytime temperatures will stand at 41 degrees, while lows will slide to 23 at night.
