Saudi Arabia reports new MERS deaths, infections (Al-Shorfa)

The Saudi Ministry of Health said Monday (March 2nd) there have been four deaths and four confirmed new infections from the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus ( MERS-Cov ) over the last 24 hours, Okaz daily reported.
All the fatalities were male, and three were from Riyadh, the Arab News website reported.
The fourth victim was a foreign worker in the central city of Buraidah, the ministry said in a daily bulletin posted on its website.
The bulletin said all four fatalities had pre-existing diseases prior to catching the coronavirus.
All the new infections were reported in Riyadh, with two patients listed in “critical” condition.
More than 20 countries have been affected by the virus.
