Police nab suspects during raids in Amman

Amman, Four suspects were arrested in the capital, one labeled as “wanted” by the security forces, and others involved in an attempt to rob a bank ATM.

A security source said criminal investigation department in eastern Amman tracked a dangerous “wanted” person, who has 15 subpoenas related to robberies, shootings, possession of weapons and other cases. He was arrested after an ambush in one of the areas east of the capital, accompanied by another person who was found to have criminal records.

A special police team also tracked down other ” wanted” persons in connection with the tampering and attempted robbery of a bank ATM in the capital, where they were raided and arrested.
