Morocco dismantles 6-member terror cell supporting “Daesh”

Amman, Moroccan authorities, Thursday, announced dismantling a Daesh-linked terror cell consists of three 6 members.

A statement by Morocco’s Ministry of Interior said the terror cell was dismantled in the cities of Sidi Bennour, El Jadida, Mohamedia and Marrakech.

“Among the suspects, aged between 27-40, was a former detained terrorist, who has connections with Daesh terrorists in Libya,” the statement added.

The detained terrorists were planning to carry out deadly attacks in several cities across the country, the statement added.
