Amman, Moderate weather conditions are forecast on Friday in the hilly and badia regions, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, forecasters said.
A weak chance of light rain is also expected in some eastern parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD) said in its daily brief.
As we head into Saturday, a slight rise in temperature is predicted, creating relatively hot weather in the mountainous, badia regions and the plains and hotter conditions in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the JMD added. Similar conditions are expected on Monday.
Mercury levels in Amman for the next 3 days will range between a high of 30 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 19 degrees at night. In the northern region, temperatures will register 29 degrees Celsius during the day, sliding to 18 at night, while thermometers will soar to 38 degrees in the port city of Aqaba during daylight and standing at 26 degrees at night.
