Military hospital “Gaza 53” continues treating Palestinians

The Jordanian field hospital, “Gaza 53” continues providing medical services to the inhabitants of the coastal enclave to alleviate their suffering.

Mjr. Dr. Ahmed Tayseer Al-Zu’bi, director of the field hospital, said the medical staff of “Gaza 53” have treated approximately 10,486 people and carried out 18,117 medical procedures since its arrival to the strip, and affirmed the emergency department and the laboratory offer their services around the clock.

72 daily operations were performed that involved major or minor surgeries, Al-Zu’bi said, and highlighted coordination and cooperation with various hospitals and governmental and private medical institutions in the strip to expand medical services to cover the largest possible number of Gazans.
