Cairo, Jordan on Wednesday participated in the 51st session of the Arab Specialized Federations, with the participation of 16 members from seven Arab countries including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Egypt.
Jordan’s participation comes at the invitation of the Council of Arab Economic Unity (CAEU), a body affiliated to the Arab League.
Taking part in the event, Director of Conferences at the Union of Arab Academics and Scientists, Dr. Raed Abu Zeid, said Jordan’s participation has been “effective and successful,” as stakeholders agreed on many memorandums of understanding (MoU) aimed to serve the academic, and scientific bodies at the Arab level.
Abu Zeid announced a pan-Arab academic conference has been arranged Early next year in Jordan.
The two-day event tackles means to orchestrate pan-Arab trade, as well as industrial investments.
