Jordan Red Crescent receives Pakistani aid

President of the Jordan Red Crescent (JRC), Mohammad Mutlaq al-Hadid, on Thursday received Pakistani aid for distribution to the needy Jordanian and Syrian families.

During his meeting with the Pakistani ambassador in Amman, Jneid Rahmat, and his accompanying delegation, al-Hadid highlighted the JRC’s humanitarian activities and programs targeting the local community and the Syrian refugees.

Al-Hadid called on the international community and the concerned organizations to help Jordan maintain services provided to refugees countrywide.

The Pakistani aid included medical and food parcels for distribution in the Mafraq governorate and the Luban area in Sahab district.
