Jordan: 1717 male and female candidates in the parliamentary elections

Amman, 1717 male and female candidates have submitted applications to run in the parliamentary elections in Jordan, with the candidacy deadline closed today.

Candidates who are competing for 130 seats, the number of members of the Jordanian Parliament, fall under the umbrella of 295 lists throughout the Kingdom.

It is noteworthy that the parliamentary elections in Jordan will take place on the tenth of next November, while the number of citizens who are entitled to vote is four million and 647 male and female voters.
