Japanese Prime Minister to visit Jordan next Monday

Amman, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his wife will start an official visit to Jordan next Monday, during which he will hold talks with His Majesty King Abdullah II on means to strengthen economic and investment cooperation and strategic partnership between both countries.

Talks will also tackle current regional issues.

The Prime Minister will be accompanied by an economic team representing major Japanese energy, heavy and light industries, infrastructure and information technology companies.

During the two-day visit, Abe will meet with Prime Minister Hani Mulqi.
