Ramallah, Israeli occupation forces Tuesday demolished two accommodation blocks and seized solar panels in a Hebron village in the southern West Bank, said a local activist.
Ratib Jabour, who monitors settlement construction in southern Hebron, said that Israeli soldiers escorting bulldozers forced their way into Khirbet al-Halawa village in Masafer Yatta, where they demolished two residential structures and seized EU-funded solar panels.
The structures and panels reportedly belonged to two local Palestinians.
Jabour slammed the demolition, which is part of an Israeli scheme to forcefully displace Palestinians from the area to make room for settlement construction.
