Extremists settlers attack Palestinian vehicles in Ramallah

Ramallah, A group of extremist Jewish settlers on Thursday threw stones at Palestinian-owned vehicles near the illegal settlement of Halamish, built on Palestinian lands of Nabi Saleh and Deir Nizam villages, northwest of the city of Ramallah.

Coordinator of Popular and National Committees Against the Separation Wall and Settlements, Bassam Tamimi, said in a statement that around 15 settlers threw stones at a car trying to stop it and hurt its passengers, but the driver managed to escape.

“Also today, another group of settlers threw stones at other Palestinian-owned vehicles, who were passing in the area, breaking windows of many cars and causing panic and fear among the people,” the statement added.
