Manama, The Bahrain Cancer Society will announce its 8th annual charity bazaar on February 28 and 29 at the Alumni Club in Adliya.
Proceeds of the charity bazaar will be used to buy two hi-tech medical equipment to help doctors treat breast cancer and
Two devices to help doctors treat breast cancer tumors and detect affected lymph nodes, said Bahrain Cancer Society Chairman Dr. Abdulrahman Fakhro.
The bazaar will feature accessories, kitchenware, books, toys, furniture, carpets and other items which will be displayed for donators at affordable prices which start from BD1.

Proceeds generated by the 2018 charity bazaar were used to buy a Neuronavigation Navigation System costing BD200,000.
The hi-tech medical system was donated to the Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of the brain and nervous system tumors of all age groups.
